
Shroom Traders Crispy Fried Coral Tooth Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh coral tooth mushrooms
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- Prepare the Mushrooms: Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth or brush. If they are large, tear them into smaller pieces.
- Set Up the Batter: In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat the Mushrooms: Dredge the mushroom pieces in the flour, then dip them in the egg, and finally coat them with the breadcrumbs.
- Fry the Mushrooms: Heat the vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the breaded mushrooms to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain and Season: Remove the fried mushrooms from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or aioli.
